The Blackstone 36" Griddle Gas Barbecue with Air Fryer lets you bake, sear, roast, sauté and air fry outdoors. Four adjustable heating zones produce 60,000 BTU across 768 sq. inches (4,954cm²) of flat-top cooking space, so you can cook breakfasts, burgers, stir-fries and vegetables for the whole family at the same time.
Griddle and Air Fryer in One
Below the griddle, two air fryer drawers and a warming drawer add 13,000 BTU, so chips, wings and sides can cook while the main dish sizzles on top. The hood protects the griddle top.
Dual foldable side shelves with a magnetic tool strip and tool hooks keep utensils within reach, and a pass-through side shelf cutting board, paper towel holder and rubbish bag holder make prep tidy. A rear grease management system makes cleaning easier. Cooking utensils are not included, and a cover is not included.
