A high impact, clear 4mm solid panel keeps the rain off while daylight still reaches the hallway, and it is naturally immune to 100% of harmful UV rays. Choose the 1500mm or 2050mm width to suit your doorway and wall space.

Clear Cover Beats a Dark Timber Porch

Solid wooden porches shade the entrance and need regular painting, while thin plastic canopies can sag and leak where they meet the wall. The Aquila uses laser cut, dark grey powder coated galvanised steel support arms to hold the panel firm. A front aluminium trim directs rainwater sideways rather than onto your head, and a hidden rubber gasket at the back seals the canopy to the wall surface to prevent water seepage. The design needs no routine maintenance, and more units can be joined with Palram's Canopy Connector Kit.

Design Points That Keep You Dry

4mm solid polycarbonate: high impact, clear panel for strong protection from harsh weather throughout the year.

Steel support arms: laser cut, galvanised and dark grey powder coated for a durable, tidy frame.

Hidden wall gasket: seals the canopy to the wall so water does not seep down behind it.

Extendable: join extra units with the Palram Canopy Connector Kit to cover a wider frontage.

Clear Door Canopy Specifications

Attribute

Specification

Brand

Palram Canopia

Model

Aquila Door/Patio Cover

Available sizes

1500mm, 2050mm

Panel

Clear 4mm solid polycarbonate, blocks 100% of harmful UV rays

Support arms

Laser cut galvanised steel, dark grey powder coated

Trim

Front aluminium trim directs rainwater sideways

Wall seal

Hidden rubber gasket

Aquila 1500 dimensions

H 18 x W 151 x D 92cm

Aquila 1500 covering area

1 m²

Assembly

DIY kit, installation hardware included, no special tools required

For DIY-Minded Homeowners

Fit it above a front door in an afternoon with the supplied hardware, and every rainy return home becomes calmer, with no more fumbling for keys under a dripping sky.
